Shipping is usually 1 to 3 working days.

We only send with DHL so that we can always guarantee you punctuality.

We send within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

If you have made the transfer with Klarna, PayPal or Stripe and the date of the payment period is exceeded on the invoice, you will automatically receive a reminder from the respective selected service provider. In this case, please contact us directly to the customer service of the respective service provider.

Please take the invoice and the return form, this can be found for downloading under the "Return & Exchange" category "with the package and fill out which items you would like to return.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer you a free return. However, we are trying to offer you this service in the future.

You have 14 days to explain the revocation and another 14 days from that day to return the goods. We are not currently exhibiting a return label. You get more information under the category "Return & exchange".

The reimbursement takes place on the original payment method used when ordering. Depending on the financial institution, the process can take up to 2 to 5 working days up to compensation and 7 to 10 working days up to the transfer to your account.
